Dale Wallis Assumes New Deputy CFO Post

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (2/7/00) -- Dale Wallis has assumed the new position of deputy chief financial officer and assistant treasurer. He will continue to report to the Office of the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Wallis was previously general manager of the Finance Division, where he had responsibility for the Finance and Treasury Directorates. He will continue to concentrate on improving the corporation's financial health, efficiency and productivity and will assume responsibility for contracts, property and procurement.

Wallis holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
