The Aerospace Corporation Announces
Leadership Appointments

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (September 28, 2006) — The Aerospace Corporation has announced the appointment of four general managers within the Engineering and Technology Group.

Dr. Robert P. Frueholz has been promoted to general manager of the Communications and Networking Division, advancing from principal director of the Communication Systems Subdivision.

Dr. William H. Hiatt has been named general manager of the Electronics and Sensors Division. He was general manager of the Reconnaissance Systems Division.

Dr. William C. Krenz has been promoted to general manager of the Computers and Software Division, moving up from principal director of Developmental Planning.

Marilee J. Wheaton has been appointed general manager of the Systems Engineering Division. She was general manager of the Computer Systems Division.

The Aerospace Corporation is an independent, nonprofit company that provides objective technical analyses and assessments for national security space programs and selected civil and commercial space programs in the national interest.
