The Aerospace Corporation Announces
Promotions at California Headquarters, Nebraska Office

 

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (7/9/06) — The Aerospace Corporation has announced that Donald J. Boucher Jr. and Albert C. Hoheb Jr. have been promoted to principal engineers at the company’s headquarters in El Segundo, Calif., and James D. Rochier has been promoted to principal director at the company’s office at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.

Boucher, an expert in satellite remote sensing, will work on the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, National Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System, and other programs as a space weather sensor specialist. He advances from systems director for sensors and ground systems.
Hoheb, assigned to The Aerospace Institute, will be responsible for identifying requirements and strategies that support space education and workforce development for the company’s customers. He also will provide technical subject matter expertise to support the design and delivery of technical courses. Hoheb’s most recent position was director of the Technical Education Department at the Institute.

In his new position, Rochier will manage company resources supporting United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) headquarters at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., and its functional component commands. He also will be responsible for providing technical support for all national-security space systems. His most recent position was principal engineer for USSTRATCOM Operations.
