15 Vacation Days Regular full-time employees receive 15 days of vacation per year for the first five years and 20 days per year thereafter.
9/80 Work Schedule A 9/80 alternate work schedule is offered to full-time employees, whereby an employee can work eight nine hour days and one eight hour day, with every other Friday off.
Educational/Career Development Because nurturing the knowledge and development of our employees is integral to our success, we offer educational leaves and fellowships, technical seminars, tuition reimbursement and in-house workshops.
Library and Information Resources Our Lauritsen C. Library in El Segundo, California, and the Chantilly Technical Library in Virginia offer print and electronic resources for all employees, with an emphasis on aerospace technology, physical and applied sciences, and systems engineering.
The Aerospace Federal Credit Union The credit union is open to employees for savings and checking deposits and low-interest loans.
Financial Retirement Planning Retirement planning workshops and individual one-on-one sessions with financial advisors are available throughout the year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Among employee services are five free confidential consultations with counseling professionals outside the company per year.
Gym/Fitness Facilities Aerobics classes, basketball and volleyball courts, a weight room and saunas (El Segundo only)
Expectant Parent Program Noontime workshops, lactation rooms, and individual counseling are offered.
